Please review the dates, guest details, room category, and other information in a booking confirmation promptly. If anything appears incorrect, raise it before arrival.

3. Rates, inclusions, and payment

Rates and availability may vary by dates, room category, occupancy, and applicable offers. Taxes, inclusions, and any additional charges will depend on the confirmed reservation. The terms shown during the booking process or in the confirmation apply to that reservation.

Any payment must be completed through the authorized method specified for the booking. Do not send payment credentials in a general enquiry.

4. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Change, cancellation, no-show, and refund conditions depend on the rate and reservation selected. Review the specific conditions provided when a reservation is made; those conditions govern the booking. Any eligible refund is handled according to the applicable reservation terms and law.
